Wedding Ceremonies
 Our
own "Chaplain" James (Jim) De Neui is sanctioned to perform
weddings in the State of South Dakota through the UCC Church. Religious
as well as civil ceremonies are performed. You may choose a standard
type of service or your own special choice of wording.

Group Policies
- Reservations required
- Deposit of $100 required to hold group
reservation; remainder of reservation held
with credit card. Cancellation charges will
be made to the credit card if reservation
is not cancelled 7 days prior to scheduled
train departure ($10 per passenger in group).
- Balance due upon arrival at ticket counter
- 100% refund if BH CENTRAL RAILROAD is notified of cancellations
14 days out
- Passenger count is due seven days out
- A group is 20 or more paying customers under one name with
one payment
- Be at departure point no later than 45
minutes prior.

Each motorcoach is met and seated by a trained
guide. We have plenty of bus parking at the Hill City depot (handicap
accessible).
Box lunches are
available. Groups of 20 or more need to preorder by calling 605-574-2222.
Marketing aids available
Slides, photographs, videos, brochures and give-aways are available
for travel shows. We also offer familiarization tour opportunities,
itinerary planning and volume discounts.
