1880 Train, Hill City to Keystone and back

Our fourth year for this event, now part of the Hill City Western Heritage Festival, this will be your chance to enjoy an exclusive experience on Hill City’s famous 1880 Train, featuring a tasty meal served with Prairie Berry wines throughout the trip. Ticket price includes food, wine, train ride, keepsake wine glass and holder, plus Old West-style entertainment. Menu will be as follows, wines yet to be determined.

• Gourmet cheese and fruit box
• Palate cleanser: wine sorbet
• Mediterranean orzo pasta salad
• Muffuletta sandwich with ham, salami, cheeses and olive salad
• A vegetarian option is available. Please let the ticket agent know how many veggie meals you need when ordering your tickets.
• Prairie Berry chocolate-wine truffles

PLEASE NOTE: While we do not foresee the necessity to change the wines once we set them (not that we have, yet), circumstances could arise that would make it necessary, and we reserve the right to do so in order to provide the best possible overall guest experience. THANK YOU for understanding!

Seating is limited. Tickets are available by calling 605-574-2222 or 1-866-FOR-1880 for reservations.

Tickets are $55 per person. You MUST be 21 or older to participate. A credit card is necessary to hold your reservation and there is a $10 per person cancellation fee for all reservations canceled 14 days out. If you cancel your reservations 14 days or less from the event you will be charged the full amount.

Riders must assemble at Hill City Depot no later than 12:45 to check in with ticket agent. Photo ID with date of birth is required. Train departs at 1:15 p.m.
