Wine Express Into the West
1880 Train, Hill City to Keystone and Back
Our eighth year for this event, it's your chance to enjoy a memorable experience on Hill City's famous 1880 Train, featuring a tasty meal served with Prairie Berry wines throughout the trip. Ticket price includes food, wine, train ride, keepsake wine glass, plus Western entertainment. Menu is to be announced.
We value our customer comments! As per your suggestions, we are making a few additions and changes to the Wine Express into the West for 2011. Following are some new and exciting upgrades:

Food will be packaged in one festive container, making your meal easier to enjoy on board the train.

Seats will be assigned and you must let us know at the time of your reservation if you are with another party.

Fun and lively Western entertainers will be strolling throughout the train cars for your enjoyment.

Departure times

Fri., Sept. 14, 2012 ~ 5:00 p.m.
Sat., Sept. 15, 2012 ~ 1:30 p.m.
Sat., Sept. 15 2012 ~ 5:00 p.m.
Riders must assemble at Hill City Depot at least 30 minutes in advance to check in with a ticket agent and pick up tickets. Train departs at noted times above.
Seating is limited. Reservations are available by calling 605-574-2222 or 1-866-FOR-1880. You can also make reservations online. Seats will be assigned. You MUST let us know at the time of your reservation if you are with another party.
Tickets are $64 per person. You MUST be 21 or older to participate. All guests who appear to be less than 30 years of age will be required to show a valid photo ID in order to participate. The designated driver ticket price is $59 per person and includes everything except the wine; soda or water will be served instead. Please note designated driver discount on your reservation if you would like this option and the discount will be applied at time of check in.
Credit card is necessary to make reservation. Like any ticketed event, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered unless ticketed train does not operate.
Note: Tickets do generally sell out weeks in advance, so you will want to purchase your tickets early!
